Yoel Sztybel

Yoel Sztybel has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, with a particular focus on trademarks. His expertise includes conducting searches to check the availability of marks both domestically and internationally, handling legal proceedings for the submission of marks, and responding to examination reports issued by various trademark offices in Israel and abroad. He also manages opposition and cancellation proceedings abroad, drafts coexistence agreements, and oversees the transfer of rights and licensing for trademark use.
