Saleit’s expertise spans from assisting start-ups taking their initial steps in the IP world to supporting international corporations with extensive portfolios comprising hundreds and thousands of patents, all strategically aligned with dynamic business goals.
Saleit’s daily responsibilities involve drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the Tech field, with a specific emphasis on computer-related inventions. Saleit’s expertise extends across a diverse range of domains, including Blockchain, Cybersecurity, AI, ML Big Data, Cloud Computing, Network Communications, IoT, Digital Health, Automotive, Digital Media, E-commerce, Fintech, and more.
Beyond her technical expertise, Saleit provides strategic advice and opinions to clients on matters related to Intellectual Property.
In addition to her role in the Tech practice, Saleit consolidates all matters for foreign clients within the Hi-Tech practice of Reinhold Cohn Group. Saleit specializes in Israeli prosecution, ensuring adherence to local laws and practices. Notably, Saleit has been instrumental in formulating the current Israeli Patent Office examination guidelines for computer-related inventions.
Saleit’s comprehensive background includes prior experience at the Israeli Patent Office in Jerusalem, where she completed her internship under the guidance of the Commissioner of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks and his deputy. During this period, Saleit actively contributed to preparing opinions on matters decided by the Commissioner and his deputy across the realms of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks.
