Experience

Adv. Michal Kainan-Yagen heads the Foreign Clients practice at the Reinhold Cohn Group, managing and consolidating the business relationships and activities of RCG’s foreign clients. In addition, Michal leads and manages all RCG’s formal procedures, including the filing and prosecution of Israeli patent applications.

Michal has vast experience in reinstatement procedures and other legal procedures before the Israel Patent Office.

Michal joined the firm in 2006 and has held several managerial positions since then.
Before joining the Reinhold Cohn Group, Michal practiced as a lawyer in the field of commercial law.
