Guillaume Stern is a highly skilled expert in Intellectual Property and manages the physics practice at the Reinhold Cohn Group.
Guillaume has extensive experience in the field in Israel and abroad. He provides strategic consulting services on IP assets management, and patent portfolio creation.
He is additionally regularly involved in freedom to operate opinions, IP due diligence, and invalidity and infringement proceedings and assists clients in negotiating agreements related to the field of Intellectual Property.
Guillaume represents clients active in a wide range of technologies, such as electronics, optics, quantum technologies, semiconductors, aerospace, energy, and medical sciences.
With a master’s degree in optical sciences and a master of law, Guillaume is qualified as a French, European and Israeli Patent Attorney and is entitled to act as European Patent Litigator at the Unified Patent Court.
