Experience
Gail has extensive experience in patent prosecution and management of Israeli patent portfolios for global biopharmaceutical clients. Her practice focuses on immunotherapeutic agents, cellular therapies, molecular biology methodologies and small chemical compounds.
Gail also has particular expertise in patent term extension (PTE) prosecution and appeal procedures before the Israel Patent Office. She has supported litigation teams in many patent opposition cases, and especially enjoys advising clients on various aspects of Israeli patent law. In previous employment, Gail worked in-house in the patent departments of local agrochemical and biotech firms, and, for 10 years was the lead patent attorney at an established IP law firm.
Her clients include leading international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
