Cynthia has been involved in intellectual property since 2010. Her experience encompasses drafting patent applications, assisting clients in procuring patent protection worldwide, planning IP strategy (particularly for startups), and freedom-to-operate (FTO) opinions in a variety of fields, including physics, medical devices (e.g. stent and intravascular technologies, imaging, measurement devices, dental devices), robotics (medical, inspection), and electronic devices.
