Experience
Dr. Dolev combines rich managerial, consulting and academic experience in Israel and USA. This experience includes senior managerial positions in a wide range of organizations, small and large, local and with global presence. Most of Eyal’s positions during the years were held at high tech companies, financial organizations and at American Non-Profit institutions. During the past 20 years Dr. Dolev has held senior Human Resources roles in which he was involved in the strategic and operational activities as well as in leading complex change processes.
In addition, Eyal has been an adjunct professor lecturing in the field of Organizational Behavior and Organizational Psychology to first and second degree students in various academic institutions, among them Tel Aviv University, The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yafo and the Academic College of Netanya.
Eyal joined Reinhold Cohn Group in 2006 as Chief HR Officer (CHRO). In this capacity he holds the overall responsibility for planning, building, nurturing and preserving the human capital of the Group.
