We are pleased to announce that our partners, Advs. David Gilat, Eran Bareket and Tamir Afori, in cooperation with Dr. Orit Fischman Afori of the “College of Management Academic Studies”, are the authors of a new book on intellectual property law in Israel.
The book derives from the chapter on Intellectual Property law in Israel in the Encyclopedia of Laws (IEL) published by the internationally renowned “Kluwer Law International”. The volume includes chapters which deal with the various aspects of intellectual property law: copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, plant breeders’ rights and more.
