Responsibilities
Corresponding with clients and public entities (in Hebrew and English), conducting audits and follow-ups on client files, prioritizing tasks, maintaining order and accuracy, working with various interfaces, updating data in systems, sending reminders, and generating invoices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (advantage).
Experience in client account management/complex administrative roles.
High verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to order and accuracy, attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Native Hebrew speaker with high-level English proficiency.
