The field of Intellectual Property bridges the worlds of science, technology, and law, encompassing various specialties that connect to innovation and creativity. These areas include patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and related rights. Consequently, working in IP spans diverse professions, including patent attorneys, lawyers, portfolio managers, paralegals, and other specialized professionals, all of whom support and guide our clients—inventors—in their areas of expertise.

Once our Human Resources Department receives your CV, we carefully review your fit for the relevant positions. If your qualifications align with the position’s requirements, unit characteristics, and our organizational culture, you will receive an assignment to assess the skills and abilities relevant to the role. Upon successfully completing this step, you will be invited to a professional interview with the designated direct supervisor. Finally, we will conduct reference checks. For certain roles or circumstances, we may adjust the process to accommodate specific needs. At the conclusion of the process, we reach a decision and extend an employment offer to the selected candidate.
